A bit about me...

With over 3 years of experience as a writer, editor, creator and creative, I have become accomplished in my ability to produce content for a myriad of people.

From volunteering as an editor for Sheffield Talking News for a year to acting as Head of Social Media and Advertising of Forge Press now, my priorities lay in creating content and voicing those unheard.
My interests include sustainable fashion, volunteering, social media and wacky marketing campaigns.

I am open to work in the South Yorkshire region and remote, looking for roles in digital marketing!

Head of Social Media and Advertising
Forge Press

Within this role, I utilise Meta Business Suite to schedule content and develop a plan for Forge Press throughout the academic year.
Since beginning my role, I have increased our viewership by over 57.2k, and increased our following from 2049 to 2113 (3 months). I have also created our most viewed content on their Instagram to date.
I optimise omnichannel marketing to achieve this, and analyse current trends to apply to Forge Press's social media. I aim to create a seamless customer experience via hyperlinks and consistently upkeeping our brand image. As a result, our website viewership has increased drastically.

As an authority, I allocate tasks to our committee members and ideate in meetings to bring concepts to life. These concepts are the ones in which Forge Press receive the greatest traction. I ensure to create a welcoming space for contributors to get involved without pressure.

My work

I created and ideated content for my local cat cafe. Here are examples of our most viral content.

When producing content, I analysed competitors, sought our consumers wants and needs (e.g. behind the scenes content) and utilised a tone of voice that reflected the cafes appearance. This proved successful with many enjoying our regular content.
